Our Story…

For years the partners at Silver Fox Construction have self-performed our own development and general contracting for projects in Retail, Healthcare, Industrial, Residential, and Multi-family. During that time, a common question we would receive from commercial investors, institutions, and business owners alike was “would you develop and build for us?” It was apparent that these groups wanted someone who would look at their projects as if they were their own. They needed a full-service partner with their best interest in mind. They needed someone that was big enough to tackle the most complex development and construction projects; yet, small enough to give the attention they deserved. They were also searching for a partner that could take projects from design, site acquisition, city entitlements and development to comprehensive beginning to end construction services.

In 2019 we combined our successful individual brands to meet these needs and haven’t looked back.

Silver Fox Construction not only serves as an extension of your own business (imagine your own real estate department) but has developed and built nearly 1 million square feet of their own personal commercial and residential investments. They practice what they preach and can show you “how” to do what they themselves have done. They are not only here to design and build your dream but share freely their knowledge of approaching complex projects and investments.

With over 50 years of combined experience, we have invested in and led projects as simple as single-family custom homes to multi-million-dollar commercial developments.
