Since 2019

Silver Fox brings development and construction under one roof: one team, one standard and one point of accountability. We have spent more than 25 years developing and building across Utah and the surrounding region, from medical offices, retail centers and tenant improvements to industrial buildings and storage units. We have stood where our clients stand, so we understand what is at stake in every decision and treat each project as if it were our own.

Our story

Silver Fox brings together partners with years of experience on both sides of commercial real estate: developing properties and building them.

Some of our partners spent their careers finding land, securing approvals and putting projects together. Others spent theirs leading construction and delivering buildings on time and on budget. In 2019, they combined forces.

Today, one team takes your project from land and entitlements through design and construction, with the same people accountable from the first site visit to the day the doors open.
